For a range of applications, TRM offers a bespoke control systems service. A complete turnkey system designed, manufactured and programmed to specification, complete with motors, drives inverters, light curtains all supplied ready to install on the machine. Programmers are available world wide.
Motors and gearboxes
Working with partner companies, TRM can supply a range of motors and gearboxes. TRM supplies DC servo motors, brushless servo motors, stepper motors, induction motors, inverters. TRM also makes parts such as encoders, couplings, mountings, pulleys and shafts.
Electrical panels
Electrical panels can be difficult to make, TRM and our distributors are able to offer a panel build service either directly or locally to your company to reduce the shipping costs. Each panel is offered as a bespoke and we offer a design service as well. The service can include CE marking and the panels can be built to suit the regulations in your market.
Choice of Automation/motion controllers with full PLC
Large Portrait screen control system
Portrait CNC machine controllers, for door mounting or in a convenient tough industrial case. The controller supports a large range of G code commands and planned for release shortly is conversational programming. This is particularly good for machining part that are normally machined manually or where CAD drawings are not available.
Universal Automation/Motion Controller
With it's 5.7" screen the PMC4 is a universal control system suitable for motion control, general automation, CNC, machine controllers, science and data recording and for new or retrofit machines. The controller can be customised to suit bespoke needs.
Large landscape screen control system
Landscape CNC machine controllers for new or retrofit machines. The controller can be door mounted or there is a "Pod" that allows the controller to be mounted on an industrial arm. Applications including: milling machines, lathes, routers, grinder gas cutter etc.

Cables and Wiring
Cables and wiring are areas that cause difficulties for many machine builders. Motion controllers especially have complex cabling needs, by offering custom pre-made cables and interconnect boards, the cost and difficulties of wiring machines is dramatically reduced.
Drives and transformers
The above picture shows the drives and an interface card wired into an cabinet. The install includes filters, rectifiers, transformers, SSR amplifiers etc.

Most systems include a controller, electrical box, motors, sensors and cables. The service is designed to assist Bespoke Machine Builders and original equipment manufactures. Software can also be included to the kit as a complete Turnkey system. Suitable applications rage from machine to process control and instrumentation.
