TRM Temperature Controllers

TRM manufactures temperature controllers for processes ranging from refrigeration control to furnace control. Specialties include
Bread oven controllers, packaging machines, Blood monitoring systems and custom power controllers. Controllers can have a range of display options from no display to 15 inch LCD. Most controllers include the HMI (Display and Keyboard) but options include touch screen and analogue potentiometers. TRM will shortly announce a range of controllers that can be fully programmed in MAP as well as various ' C ' as it is the
most common used language.

Inteligent Process Controllers

TRM Electronics LTD will shortly announce the new range of IPC controllers. These are deisgned to affer superior capabilities to the conventional PLC. The IPC offers a very competative mix of technologies to allow whole processes to be controlled with just one controller. Each product has features that can be customized or ordered as an optional extra that will be suitable for a wide range applications.

Operating System Unlike a PC operating systems, the PMC controllers each have an Operating System (Os) designed specifically for their needs. Once a machine has been proven and delivered to site our controllers will run year after year without the crashes that PC's are prone to. This is due to the way in which the controllers are designed. Our customers expect to run a machine for at least 10 years and expect minimum servicing to be carried out during that time. Some controls will be operating 24 hours a day all-year-round and therefore reliability is paramount.
Custom Controllers We are able to design and manufacture a bespoke product to suit your individual needs. Many of our clients have been very pleased with our products as we have often not only met but exceeded their expectations. Not only do we develop the software and the hardware but we provide a whole solution in a product kit if required. This can include all the motors, pulleys, mounting brackets and electrical cabinet with power supplies and all the cable looms. In other instances we can design the electronic circuit and then design with the latest CAD software and go to produce a final box product. This one stop solution can help streamline work flow and is very cost effective.
