CAD Prototype
We design the mechanical project with our CAD system and then produce to your product from this data.  We program the milling and our lathe to produce the design and can replicate this.  The software we use is called solid works and allows you to get product design work done quickly and accurately.

OEM Design
We have a large workshop and test area so that our OEM clients products can be fitted with a new motion control solutions.  This also facilitates better research and development therefore a better final product. Having a machine on site helped us to offer on site test services and streamline our software development for each OEM.

Retro Fit
We have recently rebuilt a industrial automated spaying machine.  Our mechanical engineers were able to not only provide a controllers solution but overhaul the machine mechanically with the fitting of new gears and repair of bearing housing.  This was done by our own skilled engineers who were able to bring this to sound mechanical condition.

Controller Mounting System 
Our new POD mounting system for our motion controllers has just been launched ! This unit will help the operator to work in a safer and more ergonomic environment.  Our new mounting system will let you mount any of our CM range of controllers as a stand alone unit for use with a wide range of machines like guillotines to milling machines. This also facilitates a simple and easy connection to the rest of these system via a cable loom multi-connectors, So you will be up and running quickly.  For added safety we have introduced a stop button that isolates the drive current to the back gauge motor.
